1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bake Porter’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

Bake Porter provides logistics and transportation services for cakes, bakery products, flowers, gifts, and related celebration items. We do not manufacture, bake, sell, or guarantee the quality of products unless explicitly stated.

3. Booking & Delivery

• Delivery requests are subject to service availability.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
• Incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or incomplete information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, re-attempts, or address changes after booking confirmation.

4. Packaging Responsibility

The sender is responsible for ensuring that products are adequately packed before pickup. Bake Porter reserves the right to refuse transportation of inadequately packed items that may be prone to damage.

5. Damage Protection

• Damage Protection is available only when specifically selected during booking.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Compensation, if approved, shall be limited to the maximum amount specified in the applicable Damage Protection plan.
• Minor cosmetic variations or damages caused due to inadequate packaging may not be covered.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Bake Porter shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, public disturbances, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled prior to pickup subject to applicable cancellation charges.
• Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of service and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bake Porter’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the delivery service or the applicable Damage Protection coverage, whichever is lower.

9. Prohibited Items

Customers shall not use our services for transportation of illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or restricted items.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and website materials are the property of Bake Porter and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Modifications

Bake Porter reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
